◉Electropolishing
Melts a metal surface by energizing between a metal wire and an electrode by means of an electrolytic solution. By controlling the electrolytic solution and the conditions, TOKUSAI can control various materials and the surface condition. For tungsten, we are capable of manufacturing ultra-thin wires down to minimum diameter of 2.5µm (0.0025 mm).
◉Oxide film coating
Oxide film thickness can be controlled to uniformly obtain a desired color by making use of the nature that the apparent color of tungsten oxide changes depending on the oxygen content. Other materials are also considerable.
◉Resin coats
We have 2 types of resin coats; polyurethane and polyester imide (when you desire higher heat resistance than polyurethane). We will meet your request for 0.5 to 10µm coat thickness on each side.
Uniform coat thickness with lower eccentricity and stable coat thickness deviation over the full wire length, enjoying high reputation. With superior adhesiveness, we are good at coating Ø0.100 mm or thinner wires, including the minimum diameter of 0.010 mm.
