We have 2 types of resin coats; polyurethane and polyester imide (when you desire higher heat resistance than polyurethane). We will meet your request for 0.5 to 10µm coat thickness on each side.

Uniform coat thickness with lower eccentricity and stable coat thickness deviation over the full wire length, enjoying high reputation. With superior adhesiveness, we are good at coating Ø0.100 mm or thinner wires, including the minimum diameter of 0.010 mm.
