With various heat treatment methods such as tension annealing, solution treatment and aging treatment, we can adjust tensile strength, hardness, straightness, etc. in line with the customer’s needs. Our self-developed heat treatment equipment copes with heat treatment of 5µm (0.005 mm) or thinner ultra-thin wires.

Coping with heat treatment of nickel titanium, we can also manufacture super-elastic nickel titanium (linearity memory product).
